Introduction

PureLife is an online platform that provides naturopathy services to users in need of natural healthcare solutions. The website offers a variety of services, including consultations, personalized treatment plans, and natural remedy recommendations. With PureLife, users can access naturopathic expertise and guidance from the comfort of their own homes.

The Problem

Accessing naturopathic healthcare can be challenging for many individuals due to the associated costs. This financial barrier can lead some people to forego potentially beneficial services altogether, while others may end up paying exorbitant prices to access the care they need. The first treatment can cost anywhere between 150-400 NIS, with follow-up treatments ranging from 100-300 NIS. This pricing structure highlights the need for affordable and accessible healthcare options for those seeking naturopathic treatments.

Naturopathy treatments can be challenging for patients to fit into their busy schedules, hindering regular attendance and potentially affecting treatment effectiveness. Personal counseling sessions may require taking time off work or incurring travel expenses, further limiting access. This lack of accessibility and convenience can be a barrier to patients seeking naturopathic treatments.

The Solution

Affordable Pricing: PureLife can offer more affordable pricing options than traditional naturopathy services. By providing online consultations and personalized treatment plans, the platform can reduce overhead costs and pass those savings onto users. PureLife can also offer subscription plans that provide regular access to consultations and natural remedy recommendations at a discounted rate.
Convenient Access: PureLife can improve accessibility by providing online consultations and a user-friendly platform that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. This will eliminate the need for patients to take time off work or incur travel expenses to attend appointments. Additionally, PureLife can offer flexible scheduling options, including evening and weekend appointments, to accommodate patients' busy schedules.By addressing these two key problems, PureLife can provide affordable and accessible naturopathy services to individuals seeking natural healthcare solutions.

User Research

To better understand the pain points and needs of our target audience, I conducted a series of interviews as part of my user research process. The group of individuals I interviewed consisted of both those currently receiving treatment from naturopaths and those interested in doing so, ranging in age from 18 to 45. Our goal was to develop a user-centered solution that directly addresses the specific needs of this demographic. By carefully analyzing the insights gathered from these interviews, we were able to create a product that is optimized for our users and provides the best possible experience. This research played a critical role in ensuring that our solution is tailored to our target audience's unique needs and preferences.

50%

of patients discontinue their naturopathy treatment after the second consultation due to time and financial constraints.

20%

of patients complete their naturopathy treatment until the end.

70%

of interviewed individuals reported that the high cost is what prevents them from trying naturopathic treatment.

Market Research

To develop an effective UX/UI design, I conducted market research focused on analyzing the key features of 8 existing apps. My research included examining the conceptual model, navigation and orientation system, structural and behavioral consistency, learning curve, visual design of the interface, and efficiency of work processes. Through this research, I gained a solid understanding of the design elements critical to the success of my app and can apply these insights to create an effective UX/UI design that meets the needs of my users.
